 I believe that the path to a healthier life is found by following a “whole person” approach to fitness and lifestyle. Wholism dictates that physical, emotional, and mental well-being influence one other, and that working to improve each area is crucial for achieving optimal wellness.  While my expertise is in helping individuals improve their lives through diet and exercise, I encourage all of my clients to strive for wholistic health in order to maximize the benefits of an integrative fitness and nutrition plan.
